We begin with cleansing breaths, a full body rotation of consciousness, heaviness, and then lightness. The body floats upward, drifting higher and higher until a magnificent rainbow opens before you in the clouds.
From root to crown, you bathe in the energy and colour of each chakra. Red for safety and stability. Orange for creativity and passion. Yellow for inner power. Green for the open heart. Blue for the throat and your own truth. Indigo for the third eye and inner wisdom. And finally, brilliant white for the crown, your connection to the divine and to the non-physical.
After the journey through colour and light, my voice falls away. Binaural beats woven throughout carry you into the deepest altered states. Whether you experience a full out-of-body experience, a rich altered state, or the deepest rest you've had in a while, all of it is welcome here.
