The Farm at San Benito is a serene medical wellness resort tucked away in the lush landscapes of the Philippines. Surrounded by nature and known for its powerful energy vortexes, it’s a place where healing and transformation happen naturally.
One of the most sacred spots on the property is a 300-year-old mango tree that stands at on an energy vortex - this spot felt like a portal into the beyond. My days here were filled with yoga, meditation, nourishing vegan food and deep rest.
