This guided astral projection meditation takes you through the Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB) method, one of the most effective approaches for reaching an out-of-body experience.
The technique works in three steps. First, go to bed as normal and set an alarm for after 6 hours. Second, move to a different part of your home, away from your usual bed, and spend up to 30 minutes with something OBE-related: reading, journalling, or simply setting your intention. Third, settle in and allow my voice to guide you.
From that alert, rested, and focused state, the threshold between waking and the non-physical becomes significantly thinner.
