This guided yoga nidra for lucid dreaming is designed to help you fall asleep consciously and wake up inside your dreams.
Using deep relaxation and the power of a single repeated affirmation, this practice supports lucid dreaming by guiding you gently into the hypnagogic state, the space between waking and sleep where dream awareness begins.
The practice unfolds in two parts: approximately 30 minutes of guided yoga nidra to bring you to the edge of sleep, followed by 60 minutes of ambient soundscape to carry you through. Throughout the extended portion, a single affirmation repeats very softly.
Affirmation: The next time I'm dreaming, I'll know I'm dreaming.
For best results, listen after 4 to 6 hours of sleep, when your REM cycles are longer and dream awareness is easiest to trigger.
