This guided yoga nidra takes you through the process of creating an inner refuge, a deeply personal sanctuary within yourself that you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, or whenever you need to feel safe and held.
We begin with the full yoga nidra process into the mind awake, body asleep state, then gently guide you to discover and settle into your own inner sanctuary. This space is yours. Still. Safe. Always available.
In my Astral Travel Blueprint course, I teach the inner refuge as a practical tool for managing fear during out-of-body experiences. If fear arises during astral projection, this is the place to return.
Approximately 30 minutes of guidance, followed by 30 minutes to rest and bask in the space you have created.
