The practice is built around a sankalpa — a heartfelt intention — for sleep and dream recall: I drift effortlessly into a deep and restful sleep, and when I wake up, I recall all my dreams.
We move through a full body scan, breathwork, and a slow guided visualisation sequence. After approximately 37 minutes, my voice falls away and the rain carries you through the rest of the night.
Dream recall is one of the first doorways into the wider world of conscious dreaming and out-of-body experience. This practice is a beautiful place to begin.
