Hello, my name is Jeff Carreira, and last year I took Rosalie e’Silva's Astral Travel Blueprint program. The program combines yoga nidra practice with astral travel. I found that combination very compelling.

I loved the course—it’s very well put together, it’s full of a wealth of information, different techniques, different ways of understanding, and the support for practice I had during the program, really established my yoga nidra practice very deeply and gave me access to subtle realms of experience that I’m still compelled by.

I'm also still connected with some of the people from that program. So if yoga nidra and astral travel—if that combination is something you find intriguing, I highly recommend this program.

There are so many things I got out of the course. To name a few: awesome meditation tracks, troubleshooting tips, protection exercises, integrating one's shadow self, expanding heart energy, practice of presence, becoming a calm observer, watching without judgment or attachment, layers of self-healing modalities, etc. And of course, Rosalie's personal OBE experiences were such a treat. The course has reaffirmed to me that you are your greatest teacher.

The way I view the “goal” of the practice has shifted. Hearing from many experienced travelers has really driven home the point that this is a deeply personal journey. For example, if the rope technique doesn’t work for me, it’s not me failing - it might be that I respond to different stimuli...
